Earth laughs in flowers... Ralph Waldo Emerson

A man can no more diminish God's glory by refusing to worship Him than a lunatic can put out the sun by scribbling the word, 'darkness' on the walls of his cell.

Prayer’s Needed!!!

connor

Connor is a little boy in second grade at my son’s school. He has been fighting a

very aggressive form of cancer for four years. Yesterday Connor was having

severe back pain and prominent abdominal distention. Our local children’s

hospital identified the cause of pain and distention to be tumor growth. Will

you join me in praying for this little boy and his family?

“Jesus is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.”

Romans 8:34

Cry out to Him for Connor!!!

Thank you!!!

Lots of Love!!!

Cathy

Cathy this makes me so sad. I have never understood cancer afflicting a child or anyone for that matter. I will pray for him.

Isn't blogger acting strange lately?
I hope they get all the kinks worked out soon. I was going to post
last night and decided not to after all.

I hope you have a wonderful and blessed Memorial weekend.

Oh my. Of course we will pray for him. Geez, when it's a child, it just hits so hard!
Let the family know we are thinking of them all at this time!
Big hugs to all.

Crying out this very moment to the Most High. He alone knows why such thing are allowed...especially on a small, innocent child.

I'm reminded of Job...how all his friends said "Curse God and die! He's abandoned you!". God was there int he midst of Job's sufferings and he is there with Conner as well.

I'm praying for healing. This is what God wants us to do. He is able. I believe it!

Blessing you friend for caring so very much.

Love, Rebecca

Cathy,
My heart goes out to Connor and his family. They will be in my thoughts and prayers and I firmly believe in the healing power of prayer. My cousin is an adult survivor of a very aggressive form of childhood cancer. It came back three times and even spread to her lung and she was not expect to live. She survived and has been cancer free over 30 years and leads a full life. So there is definitely hope for survival and a positive outcome. ~Cathy~

Cathy I was just checking my mail before going back to bed when you comment popped in. I will definitely pray for Connor and his family. Bless his heart, and that of his family. My heart just breaks for them having to go through this. We just lost a family friend yesterday to cancer. She was only in her thirties leaving a wonderful husband and precious ten year old son. ♥

Hi Cathy,
I have not received any
e-mails about Mr Linky but then again I have never used it on my blog before. I hope everything gets fixed up very soon. We all enjoy blogging so much and it's frustrating when it gets twitchy on us.

Have a good weekend. ~Melissa :)

Cathy, I don't think we can understand here, but someday we will. I still don't understand the loss of my precious hubby so suddenly, but I know God is in control and He knows best for each of us. Hugs and good night my friend. ♥

Cathy, I prayed tonight with my family that Heavenly Father gather those who need him and comfort them. I know that one of those will be extended to Connor and his family.

Thank you for giving us reasons to pray and be grateful to God everyday...
