Hello Cathy~I've just strolled in for my first visit...I've enjoyed taking a peek around. Your blog is so beautifully inviting. We share similar tastes for so many of the same creative design elements.
I enjoy hummus as a mid morning snack.
My new fave are baked (seasoned) kale chips, which melt in your mouth. They're easy to make and are very healthy. They take on the taste of whatever you season it with.

It's wonderful how inspiring blog friends as yourself can be, that's why I love returning the gesture, by sharing cooking or DIY ideas too.

I've bookmarked you in my favs.
I look forward to coming by your charming blog again.
Come by for a visit. Your company would be nice.

Sweet wishes,
Sara

Hi Cathy, You're right! It is hard to post and concentrate with kids running around all day. Just one of them is mine too! I think our house has become the desinated hangout. I will probably be slow at posting the rest of the summer. I get more creative in the fall! Thanks for your sweet comments on my yard. Kevin's uncle is taking care of it next week while we are in Disney World. I hope he doesn't forget to water everything! Have a great rest of the week! Kristen

Hi Cathy,

OK ... I have to confess that I'm not usually a fan of hummus. In fact, I jokingly refer to it as humus (you know -- organic matter in soil!). After seeing your stunning presentation, however, I may just have to give it a second chance! Thanks for giving me a reason to try it again.

Have a great weekend!
