Earth laughs in flowers... Ralph Waldo Emerson

A man can no more diminish God's glory by refusing to worship Him than a lunatic can put out the sun by scribbling the word, 'darkness' on the walls of his cell.

Another Little Project!!!

I have been wanting to incorporate the idea of a memory board in my house for awhile now. I have seen them everywhere and I WANTED ONE! I decided this tiny little hall that leads from my kitchen to the garage would be a great spot since it is too narrow for furniture or just about anything else. Instead of a board I decided to just paint the wall and go from there. I had a little help from my sweet girl…she painted the partial bible verse. John 16:33 is my all time favorite and of course the words she painted are the best part;)! I chose the green color to tie in with my sofa that is in the adjacent room and my project was on it’s way! I just started adding goodies to the wall and have several more things to add…I think this going to be a fun way of sharing some of the fun memories we are making around here!

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Lots of Love!!!

Cathy

Well, who said you had to actually used a board to make a "board"! Love this idea! I've been thinking of adding paint above my mantle to paint a "frame"! This makes me think Why Not? At first I thought you had used magnetic paint but you just used push pins directly to the wall! How clever!

Thanks for your nice comments on the frames! Have fun with the kid's hang out room. I am going to be working on Chase's room soon. He's getting older and needs something a little more grown up. Have a great day! Kristen
